ProEco Services designs, installs and maintains direct and indirect evaporative cooling systems for commercial and industrial buildings across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London and the wider South East.
Evaporative cooling can provide high volumes of fresh, filtered outside air with lower electrical demand than an equivalent refrigerated cooling duty. It can support ventilation, indoor-air-quality objectives and practical zoned or spot cooling for large or frequently open spaces.
Seeley International states that selected Climate Wizard systems can reduce cooling energy use by up to 80% compared with a refrigerated system performing the same duty. Actual performance and savings depend on equipment selection, weather, building heat gains, airflow, operating hours and system design.

Evaporative cooling installation

Evaporative cooling uses water evaporation to reduce the temperature of warm outside air. We design the supply and relief-air strategy around your building, heat gains and operating conditions.
Outside air passes through wetted cooling media, making it well suited to warehouses, workshops, production areas and other large or frequently open buildings.
Climate Wizard systems use separate wet and dry air paths to cool fresh outside air without adding moisture to the supply air.
Supply, relief and extract air are planned together so cooled air reaches occupied zones and heat can leave the space.

Evaporative cooling is particularly effective in large, heat-intensive or frequently open buildings where high volumes of fresh outside air are valuable.
Warehouses, distribution buildings, manufacturing areas and production facilities.
Workshops, garages, vehicle facilities, large retail units, showrooms and commercial kitchens.
Sports halls, gyms, schools, high-outside-air buildings and occupied-zone spot cooling.
Survey-led design — We assess design conditions, heat gains, occupancy, airflow, routes, structure, access, noise, water, drainage, electrics, controls and maintenance access.
Equipment matched to the application — Solutions may use Breezair direct coolers, Climate Wizard indirect systems or Coolair units.
Planned maintenance — Service may cover media or filters, water management, pumps, drains, electrical connections, controls, airflow and overall performance.
Tell us about the building, floor area, process heat, working hours and current summer conditions. We will assess whether direct or indirect evaporative cooling is likely to be suitable.
